Key Skills Required:
- Understand client business requirements forweb and mobile app projects
- Leadpre-sales discovery callsand requirement discussions
- Prepare:
- BRD / FRD
- user stories & acceptance criteria
- workflows and business rules
- relevant BA Documentations
- Strong in user flows, information architecture and interaction design
- Handleclient communicationduring discovery and pre-sales phase
- Supportsolutioning, estimations and proposal preparation
- Coordinate with UI/UX, tech leads and delivery teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel (agency environment)
- Participate in demos, scope walkthroughs and solution presentations
Mandatory Skills
- Experience as BA inIT services company (web & mobile projects)
- Must be a Graduate (B.Tech (CSE)/BCA)
- Strong experience in:
- requirements gathering
- documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- workflows & business rules
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) mandatory
- Must be confident in:
- client calls
- scope discussions
- solution explanation to global clients
- Client communication and presentation skills
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) mandatory
- Must be confident in client calls, design presentations and requirement discussions with global clients
Preferred / Good to have
- Experience working on multiple domains (SaaS, healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, education, marketplaces, etc.)
- Experience supporting pre-sales / proposals / estimations
- Experience working with remote / global delivery teams
- High required for multiple ongoing global client projects and product initiatives.
