About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies to drive business insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and support digital transformation initiatives through AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to B2C eCommerce and retail operations.
- Translate business needs into detailed, clear, and actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to ensure seamless delivery of features across mobile and web platforms.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and platform performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Drive the development and enhancement of features such as product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, payment gateway, loyalty programs, and personalized user experiences.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to benchmark and recommend improvements.
- Validate solutions through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-launch reviews.
- Support change management and training initiatives during new feature rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Min 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce, retail, or related B2C domains.
- Proven experience in mobile and web application projects.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows including order management, inventory, CRM, payment systems, and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to write user stories, create process flows, and define acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
