Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst - Pharma

In this role, you will be responsible for performing activities related to Digital promotional contents. You will liaise with various teams and deliver to ensure accurate solution. You will also need to mentor and train new hires in the process.

Responsibilities

. Digital content creation, update & manage assets including Website/Chatbots update/management & Reporting for Pharma commercial analytics

. Testing and publishing digital promotional materials to CRM & linking of Prescribing Information (PI)/ Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC)

. Content management for digital campaigns for promotional and non-promotional needs

. Work on varied Content management systems

. Management of Digital COE activities (Centre of excellence)

. Handling queries from various business partners/stakeholders

. Adherence to all compliance requirements related to promotional materials

. Completion of mandatory training, in line with stipulated timelines

. Completion and review of admin related tasks for tracking purposes

. Other ad-hoc requests as required

. Lead the team to ensure excellence wherever necessary

. Coach, develop and mentor team

. Standardise and align processes

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
B Tech / Post Graduate in Sciences, MCA or related areas

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

. Preferably from life science/pharma background with knowledge of promotional materials used pharmaceutical marketing

. Experience on promotional Content creation e.g. email/edetailers/clms

. Experience in video editing e.g. using Adobe Premier Pro or any equivalent software

. Knowledge of Google analytics / Adobe Analytics

. Veeva/Salesforce/SFMC experience

. Any content management system experience e.g. E-wizard UP

. Basic knowledge of HTML/Java (Good to have)

. Experience in website creation and maintenance
