What You'll Do:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional
- requirements.
- Document business processes, workflows, and use cases.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Present findings to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer
- satisfaction.
- Support implementation of new processes and monitor outcomes.
- Solution Design & Validation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Work with development teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties.
- Project Support
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed.
- Support change management and training initiatives.
