Business Analyst

About Position:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5 - 9 years of hands-on experience who can contribute from day one, work with minimal direction, and deliver quality analysis outputs across a complex, multi-country technology environment.

What You'll Do:

• 3–5 years experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a technology-led or financial services environment
• Demonstrable experience eliciting, documenting and managing requirements across the full project lifecycle
• Experience working in Agile environments — Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
• Proficiency in requirements and project management tools, including one or more of: JIRA, Confluence
• Experience producing standard BA artefacts: User Stories, Business Specifications, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, Workflow Diagrams, Gap Analysis and Business Cases
• Practical experience with process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart or draw.io
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and guide groups to a clear outcome

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt style and present findings clearly to senior audiences
• Proven ability to resolve ambiguity, manage competing priorities and deliver independently with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Strong data literacy skills, including the ability to analyse data flows, interpret data requirements and support data mapping activities
• Self-sufficient and adaptable, with the ability to onboard quickly and hit the ground running in a complex, fast-paced environment
