Business Analyst

This is a contract-based remote role for a Business Analyst. The primary responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. The role involves evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and providing data-driven recommendations. Additional tasks include preparing clear and concise reports, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business units, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals.

• Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Proven expertise in understanding and developing Business Processes and capturing clear Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, teams, and leadership
• Ability to interpret and apply complex data to make informed and strategic decisions
• Experience with business intelligence tools and methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote-based professional environment
