Job Description:
- Five or more years of experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in using scrum kanban and scaled agile framework SAFe
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments
- Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong skills for leading educating and coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching
- Communicate agile principles scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization
- Undertake daily follow up with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met
- Maintain objectivity regarding issues and how to troubleshoot them by applying agile principles
- Hold standup meetings with cross functional teams to review project status
- Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery
- Certification as agile coach or scrum master
- Strong Insurance Domain Knowledge Experience working on software development projects Candidate should have a strong background in ADO Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities Work closely with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and track it with ADO confluence
- Facilitate meetings workshops and discussions to gather requirements validate designs and address any concerns or issues
- Create and maintain project documentation including requirements user stories and test cases
- Define and document business processes wireframes and workflows
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision making Support the testing team by providing guidance on test scenarios and participating in test case reviews and defect triage sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Act as a liaison between different business stakeholders and development teams ensuring clear and effective communication
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Good to have Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus Soft Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in English both written and spoken
