Job Description:
- Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Analytical thinking and ability to document information in clear, concise and structured manner
- Ownership of the functional deliveries
- Liaising with FCM and Business User to get the sign-off
- Owning the acceptance testing and User sign-off process
- Prepare Solution proposals with Clear Choice and getting them approved in Design Review Forum.
- Respond to user queries in timely fashion involving production.
- Comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into clear and concise specifications.
- Managing the pool of Business Analysts and lead in user engagements
- Coordinate with upstream applications to meet the end-to-end delivery timelines
- What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)
- Must have good understanding and experience in OTC Derivative product
- Must have experience in Counterparty Credit Risk
- Must have experience in Credit Valuation Adjustments
- Must have experience in General Ledger Reconciliation
- Must have worked on Front to Back data flow in an Investment Bank
- A proven track record in Data Quality and Data Governance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal
- Effective communication skills
- Must have worked in Agile Development before
- High levels of enthusiasm and a desire to deliver the best quality products possible along with maintaining very high service levels
- Strong SQL skills to analyze the data
- Knowledge of effective delivery practices within an agile/scrum delivery cycle
- Good problem-solving skills
- What additional skills will be good to have (List out good to have skills and certifications)
- Exposure to Moodys's Calculation tool is a big plus
- Excellent data management and analysis skills, capable of manipulating big data sets
- Exposure to Basel II/Basel III, Credit Risk, CoRep is a great value
- Understanding on Leverage exposure calculations.
- Prior experience in risk reporting engagements is an additional plus
- Exposure to multiple ETL technologies is a plus
