SCM Business Analyst (Operations/MES + Supply Chain/Finance split)

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, with a strong focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and financial analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve supply chain operations and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to implement MES solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements for supply chain and operations projects.
• Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning within the supply chain.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and operations efficiency.
• Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts related to supply chain operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in supply chain management, operations analysis, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their application in supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar data management software.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
