We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our business and technology teams in delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with process owners, project leads, and business users to understand needs, refine processes, and help transform requirements into meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis
- Partner with Process Managers, Project Leads, and Business Users to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Validate captured requirements with stakeholders and ensure accurate translation into functional documentation for development teams.
Process Mapping & Optimization
- Document current (as-is) SID processes, including variations and exceptions.
- Collaborate with the Process Manager to design optimized (to-be) processes aligned with best practices.
- Provide analysis and documentation to support PKE initiatives focused on standardization, efficiency, and workflow improvements.
Solution Design & Validation
- Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and expectations.
- Provide business insights during solution design, contributing context and clarity (without independently defining technical solutions).
- Support automation and integration efforts by ensuring requirements remain traceable and validated throughout the lifecycle.
Testing & Implementation Support
- Prepare test scenarios and assist Business Users during execution.
- Log, track, and follow up on defects with technical teams until resolved.
- Contribute to user guides, FAQs, and process documentation to support smooth rollouts.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and discussions to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and business-focused manner.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational data to support business decisions and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas suitable for automation or optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in process-heavy or technology-driven environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and requirements gathering (e.g., Visio).
- Experience working with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of project management and change management principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in B2B/B2C travel industry technology projects is a plus.
