Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who can effectively bridge the gap between external clients, internal delivery teams, and product strategy. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of requirement gathering, solutioning, and feature delivery, ensuring business needs are captured, translated, and executed with clarity and precision.

You'll work cross-functionally across departments and client engagements, influencing both product evolution and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the collection, documentation, and refinement of business requirements, user stories, and process flows from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions, understand domain challenges, and propose solutions aligned with platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage UAT processes, including test planning, execution coordination, and feedback integration.
  • Engage in internal product roadmap discussions, bringing in customer feedback and market insights.
  • Create and maintain high-quality artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, functional mockups, flowcharts, and documentation for new features or solutions.
  • Work with sales and customer success teams on solution scoping, onboarding workflows, and ongoing account support.
  • Contribute to the design of KPIs and data collection processes to assess business impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively across geographically distributed teams and client accounts to align delivery expectations.

Required Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-first environments (SaaS, AI, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Products).
  • Strong experience with external client communication, requirements elicitation, and business solutioning.
  • Skilled in writing user stories, creating process maps, and defining functional specs for cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery models, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to context-switch between technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered platforms, APIs, or data automation solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, API flows, or analytics reporting tools.
  • Experience in RFPs, enterprise onboarding, or client delivery for tech products.
  • Certifications like CBAP, Scrum Product Owner, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
