PS Global Group is looking for a Business Analyst who can take full ownership of projects from discovery to delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to drive meaningful results.

What You'll Do

Manage projects end-to-end — from initiation through delivery.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Track key data metrics and provide actionable insights.

Evaluate and optimize business processes to boost efficiency.

Take complete ownership and accountability for outcomes.

What We're Looking For

-2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/project-focused role.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

-Proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.

-Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare is a plus.

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.

Shift Timings- 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
