Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (P&C Insurance Domain)
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in the P&C domain.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, product management, and the ability to write detailed user stories.
Familiarity with production support, incident management (preferably using ServiceNow), and effective user communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements in the insurance domain.
Develop and document detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
Provide production support and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
Utilize incident management tool (preferably ServiceNow) for incident management and tracking.
Conduct user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. Must be team player and self-motivated to drive the team.
Must have hands on SQL queries Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be ready to work from 2pm to 11 pm IST shift timings.
