Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Order Management (Spanish)!
In this role, Serve as a process and systems expert for Sales Order Management. Ensure order accuracy, deliver actionable analytics, and optimize OM processes to support revenue operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze sales order trends, backlogs, and fulfillment gaps.
Own and maintain SOPs for Sales Ordering, Pricing, and Order Validation.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to drive process and system improvements.
Configure and validate pricing conditions and discount structures (SAP SD).
Support CRM-ERP integrations and sales automation initiatives.
Develop dashboards for Order Accuracy, Lead Time, and Fill Rate.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues (e.g., pricing errors, delays).
Train team members on sales order processes.
ERP Systems Expertise: SAP SD (pricing, discount structures), Oracle OM.
Order-to-Cash Process Knowledge: End-to-end understanding of sales order lifecycle.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau for dashboards and insights.
Process Governance: SOP creation and compliance for Sales Ordering and Pricing.
Integration & Automation: CRM-ERP integration and sales automation experience.
Problem-Solving: Root cause analysis for recurring operational issues.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, and IT teams.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Strong ERP expertise (SAP SD pricing, Oracle OM).
Language: Spanish & English
Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Preferred: MBA or certifications in Sales/SCM (CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma).
Analytical, structured, and process-oriented mindset.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to influence and coach teams effectively.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills..
