Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Business Analyst with a focus on Finance & Accounting within the BFSI domain.
• Skilled in Retail Banking areas including Mortgages, Cards, and Wealth management.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Conduct process mapping and SQL-based data analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable, compliant, and efficient business solutions.
• Apply Agile delivery methods using JIRA.
• Hands-on involvement across the full financial accounting lifecycle:
• Trail Balance reviews
• Subledger and Ledger management
• Automation of Manual Journal Entries
• P&L and Balance Sheet movements
• EUDA automations
• Reconciliations and month/quarter-end reporting
• Ensure data validation, source-to-target mapping, and maintain data lineage.
• Support the creation and management of data products and strategic data sourcing initiatives.
