Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Bengaluru South. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify operational enhancements. The role includes developing insightful recommendations, presenting data-driven analyses, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.
We are looking for aBusiness Analystto work closely with business, product, technology, and operations teams to drive system efficiency and process improvements for our SaaS-based lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- ProvideLevel 1 and Level 2 technical supportfor SaaS-based LAP mobile and web applications, ensuring issue resolution within defined SLAs and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, track, and resolve support tickets using the internal helpdesk system; performroot cause analysis (RCA)for recurring or critical issues.
- Act as acommunication bridgebetween internal stakeholders, engineering and product teams, and external vendors, ensuring timely escalation and closure of issues.
- Supportonboarding of new internal users, including application configuration as per business requirements and ensuring successful adoption.
- Assist users withreport generation, documentation, and product usageacross LAP lending workflows.
- PerformUser Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and quality checks for new features and releases in coordination with product and QA teams.
- Maintain and updatesupport documentation, including FAQs and knowledge bases; conduct user training when required.
- Contribute toapplication upgrades, feature rollouts, and change management, ensuring system stability and smooth deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience inSaaS application support, preferably within lending, NBFC, or fintech domains.
- Good understanding ofSaaS architecture, application configuration, and basic cloud deployment concepts.
- Hands-on experience withhelpdesk/ticketing tools, incident management, RCA, SLA-based support, and reporting.
- Familiarity withlending workflows, especiallyLoan Against Property (LAP), and NBFC compliance/documentation practices.
- Knowledge ofUAT, software release cycles, and quality assurancein SaaS environments
