Black Galaxy. It is expanding into highvalue rare earths and engineered quartz, driven by inhouse R&D, ESG commitment,

Role Purpose
The Business Analyst Pricing & Bidding Strategy will lead pricing and tender strategies across product lines, including rare
earth minerals, quartz, graphite, marble, and premium natural stones. You'll analyze P&L, margins, opponent pricing, and
bid readiness, shaping board-level strategy for successful bid outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Pricing & Profitability Analysis
Develop costplus and valuebased pricing models, including assumptions for extraction, logistics, processing,
royalty, taxes, and margins.
Conduct detailed P&L for each product line and company-wide performance.
Review tender outcomes, competitor price benchmarking, and recommend optimal margin structures.
Tender & Bid Coordination
Work cross-functionally with Mining/Technical, Operations, Commercial, and Finance to assemble bid inputs.
Lead preparation of compliant tender submissions (online & offline), including regulatory annexures.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financials and documentation.
Strategic Advisory & Decision Support
Provide Go/NoGo thresholds, scenario dashboards, and riskreward simulations.
Produce executivelevel dashboards and Board-ready presentations on pricing and bid strategy.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor mineral commodity markets, government policies, regulatory royalties, and import/export trends.
Benchmark competitors bids, pricing strategies, and positioning to maintain a competitive edge.
Documentation & Communication
Draft polished bid documents, financial annexures, summaries, and presentation decks for tender submission and
executive review.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Engineering (Mining/Geology), Finance, Business, or equivalent; MBA or CA/ICWA is preferred.
Experience: 510 years in pricing analysis, P&L modeling, commercial strategy, or government tendering in mining,
mineral, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of rare earths, quartz, graphite, granite, and marble markets.
Advanced skill in Excel modelling; experience with ERP costing systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
Familiarity with eprocurement systems (CPPP, MSTC, GeM).
Excellent presentation and written communication skills; strong strategic commercial insight.
Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure and collaborate across teams.
