Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst with 25 years of experience in Product Analytics and General Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong data handling capabilities, experience working with cross-functional teams, and exposure to IT product-based organizations, startups, or the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and product data to derive actionable insights for decision-making
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Service, Fulfillment, and Manufacturing teams to understand business requirements
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas through data analysis
- Support automation of reports and analytics processes
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Working knowledge of R (Automation / Analytics use cases).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex business scenarios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics / Product Analytics.
