We at Coforge are hiring a Business Analyst - Payments with strong expertise in SEPA, ACH, and Wire Payments. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of payment processing, banking operations, regulatory requirements, and end-to-end payment lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define solutions.
• Lead requirement workshops and prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Analyze and support payment systems covering SEPA, ACH, Wire Transfers, and SWIFT payments.
• Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to validate business requirements and test scenarios.
• Support payment modernization, ISO 20022, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Analyst experience within the Banking and Payments domain.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SEPA Payments
• ACH Payments
• Domestic & International Wire Transfers
• SWIFT Messaging
• ISO 20022 Standards
• Expertise in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business process modeling.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of payment regulations, compliance, and operational processes.

Preferred

• Experience working on payment transformation or modernization programs.
• Exposure to real-time payments, cross-border payments, and treasury operations.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis.
• Experience with leading payment platforms and core banking systems.
