Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support evaluation and annotation workflows with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and structured reasoning. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with digital tools, performing side-by-side (SxS) evaluations, and providing clear, evidence-based justifications through fact-checking and analytical comparison.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform side-by-side (SxS) evaluations on GHD by comparing outputs and assessing quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Conduct thorough fact-checking to validate information and identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
• Provide detailed, well-structured, and objective justifications to support evaluation decisions.
• Follow established evaluation guidelines and quality standards consistently.
• Utilize browser-based tools and extensions to support analysis and review tasks.
• Execute simple command-line instructions as required to support evaluation workflows (no advanced programming required).
• Document findings clearly and communicate insights to stakeholders when necessary.
• Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across evaluation tasks.

Mandatory Skills

• Solid comfort using a computer in a professional work environment.
• Experience working with browser extensions and online tools.
• Ability to run basic command-line commands (e.g., navigating directories, executing simple instructions).
