About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst AM with strong expertise in Income Tax Return (ITR1, ITR2, ITR6) and Corporate/Personal Taxation. The ideal candidate will translate tax domain concepts into functional requirements, collaborate with development teams, and liaise effectively with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Domain Expertise

• Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of ITR1, ITR2, or ITR6 and associated tax rules.
• Understand and interpret technical tax domain concepts, ensuring accuracy in analysis.

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Drive comprehensive requirements gathering, functional elaboration, and documentation.
• Convert tax domain concepts into clear functional specifications for implementation.
• Present, explain, and validate requirements with development teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise closely with business stakeholders, ensuring requirement alignment and clarity.
• Provide updates, presentations, and walkthroughs as necessary.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong Business Analysis capabilities
• Expertise in Corporate/Personal Taxation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
