Business Analyst

Experience: 2-6 Years

Responsibilities basis JD:

1.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements (BRD/FRD), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.

2.Conduct secondary research, benchmarking, and data gathering to provide insights on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging opportunities that can enhance processes and driver experience.

3.Partner with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and overall driver satisfaction.

4.Lead the implementation of business process re-engineering initiatives by applying process modeling, data analytics, and change management techniques to deliver measurable improvements in performance and service quality.

5.Explore and integrate innovative methodologies and tools that enhance operational excellence and create seamless, driver-friendly solutions.

6.Define and map technology requirements, identify system and process gaps, and recommend optimized solutions to streamline operations and elevate the driver journey.

7.Develop and present clear data-driven visualizations, dashboards, and reports that enable stakeholders to make informed, timely decisions.

8.Leverage large datasets and research findings to extract actionable insights, supporting both strategic initiatives and continuous improvements in driver satisfaction, retention, and operational performance.

9.Oversee end-to-end program management, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives, risk mitigation, and alignment with business priorities while keeping driver experience at the core of all projects.

Educational Qualification Required -

• BE / B Tech / MBA in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or General Management
• Certifications - ECBA / CCBA (Good to have)
• Must have scored at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th & 12th / Diploma (if applicable) and Bachelors, and Masters (if applicable) -No rounding off marks is allowed.
• Only FULL Time and Regular education is eligible (10th/12th/Diploma/Bachelors/Masters)
• Average Tenure (i.e. total years of experience divided by Number of companies worked for) - Should be 2 or more.
