Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in B2B environments to lead initiatives that drive

user adoption, monitor performance, and manage projects from planning through execution. This role is pivotal in

tracking and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring our customers derive maximum value from

our product, directly impacting retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives aimed at driving user adoption.

Monitor performance against success metrics and manage projects from planning through to execution.

Tracking and improving key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly in a B2B context.

Onboard and train customers to ensure they derive maximum value from the product, impacting retention and satisfaction directly.

Analyse data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for enhancing adoption and usage.

Requirements:

Preferably Someone from Big 4

2+ years in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or customer success roles.

Proficiency in SQL , Excel, and Power BI

Strong experience in handling enterprise clients, understanding customer needs, and translating those needs

into technical solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and training to enterprise customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical concepts in a simple way.
