We at Coforge are hiring Business Analyst- Mortgage Insurance with the following skill set:

The Business Analyst will collaborate with digital product managers, business system owners, and users to capture business requests and translate them into specifications for software and data warehouse applications. This role acts as a liaison between business users, software engineers, and QA analysts to ensure the accurate realization of business goals.

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of the insurance business domain, particularly in Mortgage Insurance. Proficiency in business analysis processes, techniques, and work products.
• Experience with user-centered design and analyzing data through MySQL.
• Strong business and technical acumen with experience in software product development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in UI design tools, MS Visio, JIRA, and Balsamiq Cloud.

Secondary Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills for end-user support.
• Experience in Agile software development processes, preferably as a scrum master.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment.
