Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing and assist with training and change management.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track business performance and project status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Exposure to logistics and transportation domains is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, and documentation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
