We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills to help improve our business processes and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Assist in project management by tracking progress and ensuring timelines are met.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
