Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed business cases, process flows, and data models.
• Collaborate with IT, development teams, and product owners to design and implement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
• Support project delivery by participating in planning, testing, and user training.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst (a plus).
