Role Overview


We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst with strong analytical foundations and
exposure to AI-driven solutions to drive growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and
monetization funnels. The role will combine advanced analytics, experimentation, automation,
and AI-powered insights to improve business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Analyze large datasets to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
Build predictive models to forecast user behavior (activation, churn, LTV, etc.)
Leverage AI/ML techniques for user segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Work on recommendation logic and intelligent incentive optimization
Design, track, and evaluate A/B experiments and growth campaigns
Develop automated dashboards and insight generation systems
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to integrate AI-led decision frameworks
Translate business problems into analytical models and scalable solutions
Use GenAI tools to automate reporting, insight generation, and business summaries


AI & Advanced Analytics Exposure

Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn preferred)
Understanding of ML concepts (regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation)
Experience with churn prediction / propensity modeling / LTV modeling is a plus
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical testing
Exposure to GenAI tools for analytics automation and productivity enhancement


Key Skills & Qualifications


46 years of experience in Business Analytics / Growth / Strategy roles
Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
Strong analytical and statistical reasoning
Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker, etc.)
Ability to convert AI/ML outputs into business recommendations
Experience in fintech / consumer internet preferred
