Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative Business Analyst (BA) to connect traditional data analysis with autonomous intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will go beyond running static reports, actively crafting and managing AI agents (using Codex/LLM tools) to analyze data, identify anomalies, and automate reporting workflows.

You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying these agents to deliver proactive insights and maintaining high-impact dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Agent Development: Build, compose, and refine AI agents using LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Codex, LangChain) to automate business processes and data analysis tasks.
  • Prompt Engineering & Training: Develop detailed, context-aware instructions to guide agent behavior and optimize AI responses.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Use SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to develop interactive dashboards, enabling agents to work with live data sources.
  • Workflow Automation: Implement agentic workflows (e.g., using Pabbly Connect) to connect data sources with automated reporting mechanisms.
  • Testing & Debugging: Use Jupyter Notebooks or similar environments to test agent code, debug logic, and optimize performance before deployment.
  • Strategic Insights: Convert agent outputs into actionable business recommendations, identifying trends and operational optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role.
  • AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience crafting AI agents/prompts, using Codex, OpenAI API, or similar LLM frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SQL, Python (for data handling), and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to define business problems and translate them into technical requirements for AI agents.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex technical AI outputs to non-technical collaborators.
