About This Position
We are looking to build a core team that will drive a key transformation in US Healthcare management services. We are looking for an individual who can see the big picture and model business process flows & improvements to achieve those strategic goals.
You will be working with business users to document and build business rules and process flows. Conduct process & design thinking workshops.
- Setup of Process & Automation Flows in a BPM Platform
We are in the process of identifying a strategic BPM platform for use at Neolytix. If you are open to learning platforms like Pega Systems, Appian, Newgen, Agile point, Inrule, Kissflow etc., this is the place for you. You will learn how to setup of process flows in the platform and ongoing automation and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- BPO and consulting firm internship or experience is a big plus
- Familiarity with medical terms will be a big plus
- BPM Platform Certification Like Pega Business Architect & Decisioning Consultant
- Extensive system analysis experience in capturing requirements for software applications
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Conversational AI, RPA and Predictive Analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Process Workshop to document existing processes by interviewing participants
- Document processes using business process flow diagrams and building business rules
- Build As-Is and To-Be process models and build roadmap for the change
- Identify, document and analyze business rules that govern the implementation of business processes
- Write Business Process Management System (BPMS) specifications to be used by the developers for process automation
- Test and execute processes using the BPMS to ensure that the right results are achieved
- Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, existing software applications and general business operations.
- Collate feedback on process performance using KPI's
