We have an exciting opportunity to join Macquarie Asset Management's (MAM) Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) team where you will have an opportunity to work in a global and dynamic environment. Our team collaborates with stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, particularly with business and technology teams supporting the Macquarie Asset Management group.

What role will you play
In this role, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyse business processes, and identify key opportunities and risks to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position offers the chance to drive impactful change and contribute to transforming how the organisation operates.
What You Offer
- 5 years as a Business Analyst with experience in a scrum environment
- Background in financial services or regulated fields with a strong risk mindset
- Proficiency in defining and operationalizing digital solutions for operational efficiency
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous
