About the Role
Lead as SME for Personal Healthcare program. Experience in Personal Healthcare transformation projects. Knowledge of Personal Healthcare tools. Experience in collaboration tools JIRA Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Management
- Translate complex creative and operational requirements into actionable documentation including business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document functional requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, creative teams, and technology teams
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs
- Ability to communicate at all levels including with senior stakeholders and management of project team
- Coordinate and Collaborate across multiple product teams to ensure consistent communication flow, alignment, and consistency
- Monitor alert dependencies and bottlenecks with scrum master, product managers to maintain project momentum
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with project goals
- Provide training and support to end-users on products, processes, and tools as applicable
- User story creation functionality ownership
Qualifications
Certification in Business Analysis eg CBAP, PMIPBA, SAFE Agile, POPM or related fields is a plus.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels, cross-functional teams
- Experienced in Agile methodologies, applying design thinking principles to develop user-centric solutions driving innovation
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
