About The Role
At Loop Health, data drives everythingfrom how we serve employees to how we scale one of India's most ambitious health platforms. As a
Business Analyst, you'll sit at the center of decision-making across the company.
You'll own business reporting end-to-end, partner closely with cross-functional leaders, and help build the data foundation that powers Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Finance. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on how Loop runs day to day.

What You'll Do
- Design, track, and analyze core business metrics across Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Finance
- Define clear KPIs for ongoing and new initiativesand build automated, self-serve reporting around them
- Partner with business teams to break down ambiguous problem statements into structured analyses
- Own the business reporting pipeline end-to-endfrom data validation to stakeholder-ready insights
- Build dashboards and reports that leadership trusts and teams rely on daily
- Continuously drive automation, accuracy, and efficiency in how data is collected, analyzed, and shared
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or similar role in a fast-growing tech company
- Strong intuition for business metrics and how they connect to real-world outcomes
- Comfort working with large, messy datasets and making sense of them
- Curiosity and speed in picking up new domains, tools, and business concepts
- Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and dashboarding tools like Metabase or Tableau
- High ownership mindsetyou don't wait for instructions, you create clarity
- Willingness to do the grind, dig deep, and raise the bar every week
