Your Role And Responsibilities
- Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and translate into functionality.
- Assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact.
- Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create / update clear documentation of requirements to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs through testing and scope changes, to final solution.
- Interact with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations, deliver elements of system and database design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled.
- Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.

- Experience in EE&U asset management
- Liaison between business and tech team for feature upgrade and implementation
- Core Skills & Responsibilities:
- Risk Domain Knowledge
- Knowledge of Credit Risk functions
- Understanding of Commodity Derivatives & Price curves
- Understanding of Metrics such as PFE, EPE, VaR, Stress Testing etc.
- Understanding of Risk Reporting: Exposure, PNL, Limit reporting
- Good to have experience across different commodity trading businesses (Crude, Products, Power, Gas, LNG etc)
- Good to have experience in ETRM systems such Endur, Aligne etc.
- Business Analysis
- Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and trace business and functional requirements.
- Process & Data Analysis: Map current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive solution alignment.
- Testing & Validation: Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure business needs are met.
- Knowledge Leadership: Own end-to-end analysis for strategic initiatives; act as SME for requirements.
- Performance Management: Balance multiple priorities and bridge business-IT communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories/specs.
- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs effectively.
