In this role, The Logistics Business Analyst/SME enables data-driven decision-making, enhances delivery performance, and leads automation and optimization initiatives. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, deep subject matter expertise in logistics, and hands-on experience with advanced systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze critical KPIs such as OTIF, TAT, freight cost, and route performance.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service failures and implement corrective actions.

• Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for leadership insights.

• Support TMS/WMS enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process documentation.

• Standardize SOPs and drive capability-building initiatives across teams.

• Lead automation and optimization projects to improve cost efficiency and speed.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related) OR

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.

• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with logistics systems (TMS/WMS).

• Expertise in process mapping and documentation.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, or Logistics Systems are an advantage.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
