Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and change logs.
- Participate in requirement workshops, product demos, and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment and clarity.
Data Analysis & Decision Support
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of process performance, user data, and project metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Use data and analytics tools to support business case development, project evaluation, and informed decision-making.
Project Support & Coordination
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Support project tracking, reporting, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and process bottlenecks, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement & Quality
- Apply Six Sigma principles and process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across product and project lifecycles.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in a product-based or technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and industry-standard project documentation practices.
- Proven experience in data-driven analysis and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and familiarity with process improvement frameworks.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to AI-driven products, data-centric platforms, or security technology domains is a strong advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP/Agile, or Six Sigma (Green Belt / Yellow Belt) are preferred.
