Position: Business Analyst

Role Summary
Bridge business and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into actionable technical specifications. Support PM in documentation, research, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across products, and operations teams
- Conduct detailed process mapping and workflow analysis for products.
- Create and maintain requirements documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, Business Process Documents)
- Support competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry solutions
- Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and address technical feasibility concerns
- Coordinate with QA teams to develop test plans based on business requirements
- Prepare presentation materials and business cases for executive stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience in software, preferably SaaS or HR Tech, Vendor Management Systems
- Strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems workflows
- Proficiency in requirements documentation and process modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Miro or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML product requirements
- SQL knowledge for data queries and analysis
- Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, IIBA-CA)
