About Position:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep, hands-on experience in business process redesign, digital transformation, and large-scale user migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and change management teams to drive sustainable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- 10 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large enterprise or transformation programs
- Proven hands-on experience in:
- Business Process Redesign / Re-engineering
- User or Customer Migration Programs
- Experience working on large-scale digital or system transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Continuously improve system performance, maintainability, and operational stability.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- AS-IS / TO-BE process modelling
- Business requirements documentation
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, , JIRA, Confluence.
