Inviting applications for the role of AI Expert (Manager / Senior Manager)
An AI Expert in our team plays a central role in shaping how advanced AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions are understood, evaluated, and embedded into large-scale operations across multiple lines of business. This role requires someone who can translate complex AI concepts into practical applications, assess business problems through a technical lens, and guide cross-functional teams toward AI-led solutions that deliver measurable impact. You'll evaluate current workflows, identify where AI can create acceleration, and design solution paths in partnership with data science, engineering, product, and operational teams. The expectation is to bring deep knowledge of AI architectures, model behavior, data requirements, risk considerations, and model evaluation methods-without needing to be the one writing code. You will serve as the bridge between technical experts and business leaders, ensuring that ideas are grounded, feasible, and aligned with long-term transformation priorities. Your work will influence strategic decisions, guide AI adoption across multiple service lines, and help clients and internal leaders understand the possibilities and limitations of modern AI systems.
Responsibilities
.Assess current business processes, workflows, and operational ecosystems to identify where AI, GenAI, or agentic models can drive meaningful improvement or automation.
.Conduct maturity assessments for different lines of business, mapping opportunities, data readiness, risk considerations, and feasibility for AI deployment.
.Translate complex AI concepts into clear problem statements, solution approaches, and value narratives for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
.Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to define requirements, clarify edge cases, and support the development of AI-driven capabilities.
.Lead structured research on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and evolving model architectures to guide long-term strategy.
.Create clear recommendations on how to integrate AI into existing operations, including workflow redesign, risk mitigation plans, and measurement frameworks.
.Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics, identifying failure modes, bias patterns, edge cases, and opportunities for refinement.
.Build business cases and opportunity sizing models to quantify the value and operational impact of AI-led transformations.
.Support pilot design and experimentation, ensuring operational readiness, data quality, and proper evaluation methods for AI-based implementations.
.Prepare narratives, presentations, and technical briefs to help clients and internal stakeholders understand recommended solutions and expected outcomes.

.Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, helping shape AI strategy across multiple lines of business and drive alignment around priority areas.
.Support the capability-building agenda by educating teams on AI concepts, limitations, risks, and best practices to accelerate responsible adoption.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. Post Graduation / MBA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI architectures including LLMs, transformer-based models, retrieval systems, and orchestration frameworks.
.Familiarity with machine learning concepts such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, model evaluation, bias testing, and data labeling.
.Ability to translate business problems into AI solution frameworks, including intent classification, summarization, generation, reasoning, automation, and decisioning.
.Experience in AI solution design in partnership with data science and engineering teams hands-on coding is not required but conceptual fluency is essential.
.Understanding of model evaluation methods including precision/recall, relevance scoring, hallucination analysis, safety testing, and UX validation.
.Exposure to AI tooling such as vector databases, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, annotation platforms, and model monitoring systems.
.Strong analytical skills with experience assessing data quality, sampling, operational risk, and feasibility constraints.
.Ability to simplify complex AI topics and communicate them clearly to business stakeholders, senior executives, and non-technical audiences.
.Experience building AI-led transformation strategies, business cases, proof-of-concepts, or pilot roadmaps.
.Familiarity with operational landscapes in Trust & Safety, Customer Service, product operations, or adjacent domains is a plus.
.Strong stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional technical teams.
.Bachelor's degree required advanced degree in engineering, AI, analytics, or related fields is preferred.
