About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team at Lacento Technology Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments) and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development team.
• Support the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate meetings, conduct gap analysis, and develop process workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in testing, validation, and user training as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial or investment domains.

Required Skills:

• Strong domain knowledge in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments.
• Experience working with REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments.
• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools
