We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on payments, open banking, and retail banking projects.

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements directly from business and client stakeholders
- Propose feasible functional solutions to meet business needs
- Support acceptance testing and secure client buy-in
- Manage conflicts between business and development stakeholders
- Document software system requirements with end-to-end traceability
- Use project/change management tools to create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Run workshops with business users and summarize action items
- Drive Agile process and ceremonies including SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe
- Write user stories based on sprint and PI goals
- Facilitate requirements gathering for data movement and cloud environment needs
- Perform gap analysis of databases and document business logic differences
- Diagram complex processes for clearer team discussions
- Guide teams to achieve prescribed goals
- Collaborate with development for requirements feasibility and ambiguity resolution
Requirements
- Strong business analysis experience with 6-10 years
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD and FRD documentation
- Proven stakeholder management and conflict handling skills
- Experience in payments operations, ISO 20022, open banking, and retail banking domains
- Practical knowledge of SDLC in Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, Scrum Ban, or SAFe
- Experience using ALM tools like Jira, Rally, TFS, or ServiceNow
- Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin BDD approach
- Experience facilitating workshops and summarizing action items
- Skills in gap analysis and business logic documentation
- Experience supporting acceptance testing and test scenario review
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
