Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to partner with Process Excellence Leads, Global Process Owners, and external teams to deliver streamlined, secure, end-to-end People processes that enhance worker experience. The ideal candidate will lead workshops and discussions to gather and define business and user requirements for complex projects, translating needs into clear, detailed requirements aligned to standard processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
- Document end-to-end processes and create supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
- Analyze complex information to develop practical solutions.
- Communicate requirements and acceptance criteria clearly to ensure alignment.
- Understand process impacts and align projects to broader departmental strategy.
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in Workday HCM including Reward.
- Experience working in a large digital organization or demonstrated understanding of how large digital organizations operate in this role's context.
- Previous experience working across senior technical and business collaborators ensuring the understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria is aligned.
