Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Analyst to drive the Partner PLANET ecosystem, working at the intersection of business, product, and technology. The role will focus on building scalable partner journeys, translating business requirements into precise tech solutions, and enabling faster, compliant releases across mobile and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end requirement gathering for Partner PLANET initiatives across onboarding, transactions, campaigns, incentives, and reporting
Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery
Work closely with product managers, engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution
Define and optimize partner journeys with focus on usability, conversion, and operational efficiency
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release readiness
Ensure solutions are aligned with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (BFSI context)
Analyze data, user behaviour, and partner feedback to recommend continuous improvements
Skills & Competencies
46 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital products or platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
