Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and solution discussions.
• Support ICT implementation projects, Smart City initiatives, e-Governance platforms, and ICCC deployments.
• Conduct gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution recommendations.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Support UAT planning, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for senior management and government authorities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, ICT consulting, e-Governance, Smart City, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Knowledge of Smart City ecosystems, ICCC, urban technologies, GIS, IoT, or citizen service platforms will be preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Government, PSU, Smart City SPVs, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), or public sector projects.
• Exposure to ICT master planning, command and control centers, urban mobility, utilities, public safety, or citizen engagement platforms.
• Understanding of digital governance frameworks and public sector technology implementations.
