Business Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 25 years of experience to join our fast-growing fintech team. The candidate will work closely with product, operations, credit, and data teams to support business decision-making, improve processes, and analyze product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Product, Credit, Collections, and Operations teams.
• Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and insights on business KPIs (loan disbursement, conversions, risk metrics, collections, funnels, etc.).
• Work closely with data teams to pull, clean, and interpret data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer journey and operational efficiency.
• Support product enhancements by preparing BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in A/B testing, trend analysis, and tracking performance of new product features.
• Collaborate with technology teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support business planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Basic understanding of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
