Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, and excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Prepare business process models, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals.
• Assist in developing test plans, validating solutions, and supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose actionable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience in creating documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
