Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a .NET background and 6-10 years of experience in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technical skills to drive process improvements and support business growth.
What a Typical Day Looks Like-
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into functional specifications or user stories
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions, and work with QA teams to validate developed solutions
- Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows or systems, and propose solutions to optimize business processes
- Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes, and generate reports to communicate findings effectively
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives
- Work with MES systems, and have experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Develop and maintain complex data models, and create data visualizations to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, and support senior analysts in translating business needs into technical requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to process improvements
The experience we are looking to add to our team-
- .NET background with experience in C#, (link unavailable), or related technologies
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on manufacturing domain
- Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technical skills
- Experience with MES systems, Agile methodologies, and SDLC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing project scopes and priorities
- Experience with manufacturing-specific systems, such as MES or BAAN systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
