Position: Business Analyst
Experience: 3+ Years
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Technology Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business analysis within a technology-focused environment. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct research, and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., BTech, BE, Computer Science, Business Administration).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role, with a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects.
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, including Test cases, BRD, FRD, SRS, and technical/non-technical documentation.
- Proven experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong data analysis skills, including data modelling and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business analysis.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
