Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, motivated intern with interest in
Business Analyst life-sciences / healthcare domain. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to lead generation, client outreach as well as business-analysis support for healthcare / biotech / pharmaceutical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research industry trends, competitor analysis, regulatory landscape (if relevant), emerging opportunities in healthcare / biotech / pharmaceutical / clinical-services domain. This helps shape go-to-market strategy, product/service positioning, and BD outreach plans.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements (from stakeholders, potential clients, internal teams) for healthcare / biotech / pharma projects. Translate needs into functional specifications, use-cases/user-stories, process workflows, or documentation as needed.
- Support data-analysis tasks if applicable analysing client or market data, performance data, trends, or other relevant metrics to support decision-making or sales/market strategy.
- Help prepare internal reports, dashboards or presentations summarizing market research, potential opportunities, competitor insights, regulatory/industry outlook (especially relevant in healthcare / life sciences). This supports both business development strategy and internal product / service planning.
- Research potential clients, industries, and market segments especially in healthcare, pharma, biotech, clinical or related sectors to identify sales and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads via cold-calls, emails, networking, and outreach campaigns.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (M. Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
