Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support management decisions.

Assist in developing business cases, workflow diagrams, and use-case documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding stakeholders and developersto understand business needs.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.

Requirements

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Analytics, Management, or related program.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and documentation practices.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
